Hi Community, I have QBO accounts. In one account (for one nonprofit), I have a report which works perfectly. I am trying to replicate that report in the account for the other nonprofit, however, it does not appear that the report will replicate. It is a Sales by Donor report, and Sales is not an available filter field for the other nonprofit. It almost looks like the two nonprofits are using two different versions of QBO. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.

Just spent an hour with phone support, discovered that the report cannot be recreated. Report in the one company (where the report works) was created in a different version of custom report builder.

I'd like to ask for additional information to further investigate this issue. May I know why there isn't a Sales filter for the other non-profit businesses? Can you please review the setup of other non-profit businesses and compare it to the affected business? Any shared information is greatly appreciated.
