Is there a report besides the Average Days to Pay that will show me the Invoice Date/Due Date and the actual Paid date?

The Average Days to Pay report is the best report that we can run to display the invoice date or due date and the actual paid date. However, you can also use the Transaction Detail report to check your invoice details. Let me guide you through the process of accessing this report, PremierRef2019.

This report provides more detailed insights. See the image below and steps for reference:

  1. Navigate to the Reports menu at the top.
  2. Select Custom Report, then choose Transaction Detail.
  3. In the Modify Report box, go to the Customize Report then on Display tab and add the following fields: Paid Invoice, Due Date and Invoice Date.
  4. Next, go to the Filters tab.
  5. Locate Transaction Type and select Invoice.
  6. Then, search for Paid Status and choose Either.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Customize the date range using the options in the upper-left corner of the report.
