Quickbooks Desktop - Is there a Report or Graph that will show A/R balances by date for a range of dates? I am looking for something along these lines:

1/1/24 A/R total 100,000.

1/2/24 A/R total 110,000.

1/3/24 A/R total 90,000.

etc.

Thank you in advance!

Yes, you can do this with the Customer Balance Summary report, found at Reports | Customers & Receivables.

First run the report, then enter the date range for which you want to see the daily balances. Then at the top of the report pick Day for the Show Columns value.

I got your back, @DanBu. I'd be glad to provide insights about the Accounts Receivable report you need.

We can run an Accounts Receivable Graph and modify the date according to your needs. I’ll be happy to show you how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. From the Customers and Receivable choose Accounts Receivable Graph.
  3. Click Dates and modify it according to your needed date range.

This graph shows information for a single date range. We can run the A/R Aging Summary report instead. With this, we can modify it by the date range.
