reprint multiple paystubs for one employee

An employee needs copies of all of their paystubs. Is there a report that will show everything from a paystub so I wouldn't have to reprint 52 paystubs??

There isn't anything that really replaces a pay stub, which has a rather purpose designed layout.

However, it's easy enough to print (or email) a range of pay stubs for an employee.

To do so, start at File | Print Forms | Pay Stubs

Then enter the date range and select the employee's name from the pick list near the top of the window.

You'll then see a list of the pay stubs for the employee for the period, and you can either print them or email them to the employee with a few clicks.

I know of a report where you can view the paystubs of all your employees, RescueOn. Let me guide you through this.

In QuickBooks Desktop (QDBT), there's a Paycheck Detail Review report where you'll see the paystub information of your employee. You can also customize your report according to your preference.

Here's how:

Go to the Reports menu.
From the Employees and Payroll dropdown, choose the Paycheck Detail Review report.
Press the Customize button and change its details based on what you'd like to reflect in your report.
Once done making changes, press OK.

To know more about how to customize your report, use this article as a reference: Customize customer, job, and sales reports in QuickBooks Desktop.

You can also print your reports whenever you need them outside QuickBooks.

Please feel free to ask us whenever you need further assistance with paychecks or reports. We are available 24/7 to provide support. Stay safe, and have a wonderful day.
