Restaurant Covers

Hi! I am doing the accounting for a restaurant and would like to be able to run reports on check average per guest. All of the sales data is entered as a daily total from the POS, and I can pull the number of covers (guests) from the POS, but I don't know where to enter or map that info into QuickBooks in order to generate some custom reports. Any ideas?

Unfortunately, QBO cannot run a report to show the average check per guest even if you know and/or enter a separate sales receipt for each guest, let alone if you enter the daily sales as a total.
