Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

I know how important it is to see all customers when creating transactions. Allow me to answer your concern about missing data in QuickBooks Online, beavjohnson.

Can you also confirm if you're using the QBO mobile app on iOS? I reviewed our records and noticed we had an open investigation about this issue a few days ago. Our engineering team was able to deploy a fix to resolve the missing customers in the mobile app.

I'd recommend updating the app to apply the fix to your device. Aside from that, you can also temporarily uninstall and reinstall the app if the issue remains after updating it.

Let me share these steps with you:

  1. Tap and hold the QBO mobile app on your phone.
  2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
  3. Click Yes to confirm.

Then, go to this link to redownload the app: iOS.

If you're using the web version, too much cache, and other technical issues in your browser can cause missing data in QBO.

You can follow these steps on how to resolve common browser issues when working in QuickBooks:

  1. Use a private/incognito browsing session or restart your browser.
  2. Clear your browser's cache.
  3. Add Intuit as a trusted site.
