Sales by Customer Detail - Delivery Date not populating

I'm here to explain why the Delivery Date column appears empty when pulling up Sales by Customer Detail. Assigning this to your sales transaction in QuickBooks Desktop isn't possible as this option is limited to the Purchase Order report.

However, if you're looking for a report that shows the delivery date, I suggest pulling up the Open Purchase Orders Details report. This report comes with a default delivery date that you can use. To view this report, you can follow these steps.

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Click Purchases.
3. Select Open Purchase Order Details.
