I would like to run a report based on invoiced sales, but all I want is the total, not a list of customers, invoices etc. How can I run just a sales report by month and/or a sales report per month like the sales graph in desktop?

Thanks for posting your question here in the Community. I'm happy to provide some info about sales reports in QuickBooks Online.

 

If you're looking for a simple report listing monthly sales, I recommend the Sales by Product/Service Summary Report. With this option you'll be able to view total sale amounts for your products and/or services. Once you've opened the report, you can then customize it to show specific dates or data per month by changing the report period at the top of the page.
