Search Function

Two issues.

First, my save function goes into a "holding" pattern so I have to exit and reenter the GL information to be Saved.

Second, when I use the Search Function (the Magnifying glass) to try to search for new transactions (check number or dollar amount) that I imputed today the search function states it cannot be found. However, when I go into the GL I can find them.  Why is my search function not finding items I imputed today. It does find items I imputed yesterday (and previously).

To determine if the browser problem is related, we will perform a few troubleshooting steps. Older or corrupted caching files may cause problems in your web browser. Start by opening an incognito window on your QBO account. Based on your browser type, please refer to the keyboard shortcuts below:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

When this works, you may proceed to clear the browser's cache , this removes its stored cache to ensure the program performs efficiently. I recommend using another supported browser or device if you still encounter the same error.
