Question

Several manually entered expenses have disappeared from quickbooks online. I have entered 61 expenses and it says I have 54 entries. 5 mins ago it said 57. Help pleae.

I took a screen shot earlier, and now it's missing $400 worth of expenses. Any idea what's happening?

You can use the Audit log feature to view the changes made in your account that might have caused this issue. Here's how to do it
 

  1. Go to Settings  and select Audit log.
  2. Select Filter.
  3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  4. Select Apply.
