Shopify Shiptation and Fedex Bill Recording and Bank feeds

Hi All,

 

Been really struggling and hope you guys can help. So I have a software webgility, that basically pulls all sales, cost, and shipping data over to quickbooks automatically. Now when the time comes to reconcile the TRUE  shipping cost from fedex, I've made some post back in bank feeds, but it seems like it crashes the software.

 

What happens is that in Fedex monthly bills, or even payment I've made, it can be a lump bill that can be associated with multiple order #. Each order # has it's own fedex tracking number with the actually cost where I have to manually adjust. When I have this bank feed, it can be up to 29 transactions spread out to break even the lump sum and I believe that's what crashes the software.

 

Any ideas where I can sort this out or condense the data?

 

Ultimately the shipping data that pulls from shipstation for each order or how ever the tracking number is generated, is close as possible to true cost, but REAL cost is actually from Fedex

First, ensure you have the latest QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) version to access the newest features and improvements. If your software is up to date, close your QBDT application and follow the steps below using the QuickBooks Tool Hub:

 

  1. Download the most recent version (1.6.0.5) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub, then save the file where you can easily locate it. 
  2. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  4. Double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub when the installation finishes.

 

Next, run the Quick Fix My Program option from the Tool Hub. Know that this will shut down any open background QuickBooks uses. Then, follow the steps below for further guidance:

 

  1. In the QuickBooks Tool hub, choose Program Problems.
  2. Click Quick Fix My Program.
  3. Launch your QuickBooks Desktop, then open your data file.

I appreciate it, but this doesn’t help. The crash is like a. System memory error like my previous post.
