Should my balances linked to my bank accounts be current? None of my balances are even close to what my accounts have in them. No accounts are projecting current totals.

Please be aware that QuickBooks balance represents the total balance of all bank transactions added or matched inside QuickBooks, while the bank balance reflects your bank's actual balance from the last bank feed update. We'll list down the possible reasons why they don't match:

• Outstanding transactions
• New transactions for a connected account
• Duplicate transactions
• Edited or deleted transactions
• Credit card (liability) account
