SimpleStart/OnlinePayments since April. invoices for 15K. I click on Get Paid Upfront its not available for my business right now. Read eligibility seems like I qualify

Subscribed since April of this year, 16 invoices to regular clients, just over 15K in invoices paid, amounts are super regular every month to same clients.

Welcome to the Community. It's a great choice to have the Get Paid Upfront feature enabled. I'm here to provide you with information about the qualifications to have that feature enabled.


Eligibility is determined by various factors such as:

 

  • Your maintenance of an active QuickBooks Payments subscription.
  • Transactions within your business bank accounts.
  • Your invoice history.
  • As the personal guarantor, your personal and business credit profiles.
  • Your business history within QuickBooks.

 

Here are the criteria for your invoice history that need to be followed to qualify for the feature:

 

  • You sent the invoice using QuickBooks. 
  • You have enough available credit remaining.
  • The invoice total is $258 or more. 
  • The invoice isn't more than 30 days past due.

 

If you think you've already surpassed the qualifications and are still experiencing issues accessing this feature, I recommend contacting our customer support team. They can help assess your account to determine if you're eligible to have the Get Paid Upfront feature enabled.

 

Additionally, you can also consider recording and making a bank deposit in QuickBooks Online.
