Since new update I can no longer do the following with my mobile app on Ipad1. Convert estimates to invoices2. Get customer signatures

I'll help you resolve the issue with your QuickBooks Online app that no longer converts estimates to invoices and unable to get signatures after updating the app.

 

It is an unusual behavior of your app. Thus, I recommend resetting your app data to refresh your connection.

 

Here's how:

 

For IOS

  1. Go to the Menu ☰.
  2. Select Help & Feedback.
  3. Click Refresh Data.
  4. Then select Refresh.

 

If you still have the same issue after refreshing the data, you can uninstall and reinstall the app. Then restart your phone. Refer to this article for the steps: uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
