Sometimes, QuickBooks might act up due to sync or latency problems. To fix this, we can refresh the application, which is similar to clearing the cache from your web browser. Here are the steps:

 

  1. Go to Menu, then tap More Options.
  2. Click Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Select YES to confirm.
