Welcome to the Community space, @duglywon. Upon reading your post, I know how essential it is to upload a receipt using a Snap Receipt in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll provide some insights about this concern.

If you're using an Android mobile app, we want you to note that there's an ongoing investigation about the QuickBooks Mobile app Receipt Snap feature not working on Android. Our engineers are aware of it and are now working on a fix. I recommend contacting our support team so they can add you to the list of affected users and receive updates once it's fixed.

However, if you're using an iPhone, there are some troubleshooting measures that you can take to resolve the issue. One of the possible reasons for this concern could be the accumulation of too much cache in your QBO. We can refresh your mobile app and device settings, which might help resolve the problem.

Follow these steps to get started:

  1. In the QuickBooks Online app, go to Menu ☰.
  2. Click Help & Feedback and select Refresh Data.
  3. Select Refresh.

After that, here's how to clean your iPhone Storage:

  1. Go to your device's Settings, then click Setting General iPhone Storage.
  2. Select a space-consuming app.
  3. To clear up space without removing app data, choose Offload App.

If experiencing the same issue, uninstall and reinstall the application to start fresh. Let me show you how:

  1. Tap and hold QuickBooks Online on your phone.
  2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
  3. Click Yes to confirm.

To know that it will work seamlessly, visit this link as your guide for the app's system requirements: QuickBooks Online access for mobile devices
