Hi there, @userbrothershomeimpr. Let me share some insights about when QuickBooks deposits customer payments into your bank account.

Before anything else, are you taking up a customer's payment? Is this your first time? If so, please know that we usually deposit your funds within five business days after your first payment.

If you're using QuickBooks Online Payments,  your first deposits take a bit longer while we set up your account. But after this, your future funds will deposit much faster for about two business days. I've got you this article for more information: Common questions about payments deposits in QuickBooks Online.

Also, the deposit speed will depend on the product you're using and the type of payment. To help you determine your product's deposit speed, follow the steps below:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top right corner, click the Gear icon.
  3. Select Account and Settings.
  4. Choose the Payments tab.
  5. Review the Deposit Speed section.

See this page for more info: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.
