So I deposited some checks via mobile accept payment on invoice and quickbooks accepted and cleared, says deposited yet my funds are not to be found, ya don’t los 24k!

Accepted payment of invoice via check from client and accepted it via invoice payment, took photos and submitted, it was accepted and now deposited but not found in any of my accounts. Try to make it a habit of not loosing 24k at a time so I could use some help.. please advise?!

We deposit your funds within five business days after your first payment while we are still in the process of setting up your merchant account. Once done, your deposit will be quicker and will take within two business days. You'll want to check the status of the processed payments from QuickBooks Online (QBO). To do so, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to Sales, then Deposits.
  3. Select the bank deposit you want to review.
