Some customers complain they don't read email and want invoices sent by text

I send and resend invoices and send reminders and then send text messages asking clients to go look for the emails, which they claim they don't read and most times the invoices are lost in their spam folders.  How/when can we send invoices by text message?

    You can send an email to a phone as a text. Here's how:

      LOL That's not a reasonable solution when I'm paying $1000 a year for Quickbooks.  Text delivery should be an option for invoices in this product.  Its 2024!

      Well excuse me for trying to help. I'm glad you think my answer funny.

       

      What's unreasonable about it? It seems perfectly reasonable to me, which is why I suggested it.

       

      All you have to do is change the customer's email (the customer that does not read email anyway) to their phone's 'email' and then you'll have exactly what you asked for.  Seems a small, really minuscule, effort to accommodate your customers and get them to pay you.
