Something went wrong. Were working on it when viewing payroll report page

It's been 5 days already since this annoying error occurred. I tried viewing my payroll report page to import my document but it always showed "Something went wrong. We are working on it". I can login to my account and encode data on my time activity but on the "Go to report" page, that is where this problem is occurring. I already have cleared and deleted my cookies and cache, used another browser, and also used my cellphone to view my payroll report page but the "Something went wrong" is still showing. Does anyone have problem like this and how did you fix it? Thank you.

Since you've already performed the necessary troubleshooting steps, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team so they can conduct further investigation. Rest assured, they possess the tools required to check your account information and conduct a thorough investigation into this matter.

 

Here's how you can reach out to them:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Hover over to the Help menu, then click the Search tab.
  3. Press Contact Us.
  4. Choose a specific topic or Ask about something else, and type in a short description in the box provided.
  5. Select Continue, then pick the Chat or Callback option.
