There are two aspects why the shipping address isn't appearing in your invoice:
- The shipping address was filled out first before selecting the customer.
- It was manually entered into an invoice and added transactions like billable expenses.
To make sure this will appear on the customer's invoice, you have to update the customer's information and add the shipping address.
Let me show you how:
- Go to Sales and then select the Customers tab.
- Click the name of the customer.
- Select Edit on the upper right.
- Enter the Shipping address.
- Click Save.

Once done you can now create the invoice without missing the shipping address.
