Yes, you can, Camilo.

You'll want to link your Square account to QuickBooks Online (QBO) and use the Connect to Square app to import your data. Let me guide you through the process:

  1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
  2. Select Add account or Link account.
  3. Then follow the steps to connect the account you use to process Square sales payments.

Then, link the app to your QBO:

  1. Go to the Apps menu.
  2. Type in and enter Connect to Square in the search field.
  3. Then select Get app now.
  4. Follow the onscreen steps to finish the setup.

Once done, you can now review your Square transactions and add them to your books. You can check out this article for more details about this: Connect your Square account to QuickBooks Online.

Hi, I did all of the steps in this question and have QBO and Square connected and have the Square App installed and running. The payments in square are the only transactions coming into QBO. How do I get my clients, and invoices to also import into QBO.

You will need to import them manually or use a connector.
