Question

Starting this morning, I cannot save an invoice as I keep getting the message "unexpected tax line found" I am guessing because of an update. Any idea's?

I work in both CT and NY. I am set up to collect tax in CT but not NY. Its been this way for 5 years and never had this problem. This morning I cannot save an invoice for a NY customer as it states "unexpected tax line found". Nothing has changed except that I cant save the invoice. Anyone know if an update was applied? Or what I can do to get past this? I have checked the box that I don't collect tax for NY but it continues.

    1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
    2. Press the Contact us button. 
    3. Enter your question and tap Let's talk. 
    4. Scroll down and pick to Get a callback.
