Stuck on saving invoices

Hi Guys - Is anyone else having issues with saving invoices in QuickBooks Online? We've exhausted all of our options. We switched to several different computers. Different browsers. Purged all Cookies and Cache - Same thing. We make a change to an invoice and click on Save - and it just sits and sits with no save. We refresh the page and it reverts to the previously saved edition. 

 

Support is closed at the moment, so we're stuck. Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks, fam.

Since you've already performed the troubleshooting steps and it still hasn't worked out, I recommend contacting our customer support team. They have the resources to access your account securely and determine why you cannot save your invoices.

Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Select the Help icon and click the Search tab.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Provide a brief description of the issue, then Continue.
  4. Choose between Chat with us and Have us call you.
