Question

Sub customers created via API do not convert to Projects, they say "Converted" but don't convert. This happens with multiple accounts.

Previously this worked perfectly, however all of a sudden, any customer/sub-customer pair created via the API do not convert to a Project.  This issue is present in both the Sandbox & live accounts.
