Suddenly, my mobile settings for creating invoices have all payment options auto-switched off. How can I change this to be always on?

Upon reviewing our system, I found an ongoing investigation related to the sudden disruption of payment options in your QuickBooks mobile app. I want to assure you that our team of product engineers is fully aware of this issue and is actively working to resolve it. Thank you for understanding as we address this matter.

 

As a workaround, you can create an invoice using your browser or have an admin open the invoice entry and enable payment methods before sending it.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Login to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company file.
  2. Go to the +New button and choose the Invoice option.
  3. Add the name of your customer in the Customer dropdown.
  4. Fill out the Product & Services section.
  5. Once done, you can now click Save.

 

After creating an invoice and your customer pays it, you can now record an invoice payment.
