Welcome to the Community space, @Alcl.

Currently, there's no specific report you can run to show tax-exempt customers. Let me share a workaround,

We can still run the Customer Contact List report and ensure to switch to Classic View if you're in the Modern View. Then, include the Taxable column. Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Search Customer Contact List.
  3. On the upper right corner, beside the More actions, click the Switch to classic view.
  4. Inside the page report, click the Gear icon, then tick the Taxable box to show it in the report.

Once done, export the report through Excel to modify and include a Tax-Exempt column. You can manually look for the tax-exempt customer in the Sales, then Customer, and check their individual information.

You might want to modify your customer reports. Check out this article: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.
