Taxes says "Mailed and Emailed" but no one has received anything yet. When will this happen?

I have scenarios that I can think of about the status of your payroll forms Vita.

But before we start, may I know where specifically in QuickBooks you encounter this mailed and emailed status? This is to make sure we'll be able to properly address your concern. 

In the meantime, if you used our 1099 e-file service last January 28, the 1099 forms will be mailed to your contractor to the addresses indicated in the contractor's profile by January 31, 2024. On the other hand, if you e-filed beyond the said date, 1099s will be mailed to contractors. 

On the other hand, if you're referring to the W-2 form, you'll have to invite your employees to use QuickBooks Workforce so they can view and print their own W-2 copies for the current year and previous year two years if you're using our payroll service during that time.
