I see you’re having trouble sending your invoices, Zac. Let’s dive into this together to find a solution and get everything back on track for you.

Beforehand, may I know the exact error message you receive when sending invoices? Any information and screenshots added will help us resolve the problem.

In the meantime, perform basic troubleshooting steps. Too much historical data can slow down loading times, and clearing it will resolve the problem.

First, access your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once done, send the invoice again. If it works, switch back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported one.

Additionally, check this link to personalize and add specific info to your sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and receipts.

I appreciate your patience as we work through this. Let me know if you have other questions about sending invoices in QuickBooks. I want to help you more.
