Question

The invoice shortcut tab is missing on QuickBooks mobile. Does anyone know how I can get it back? I have no way to access invoices

On the shortcut page there are several shortcut buttons. I used to have a shortcut to view my invoices. The invoice shortcut is no longer there for some reason. I have no way to access my invoices on QuickBooks mobile. Does anyone know how to get it back?

Since your Invoice tab is missing, I'd recommend refreshing your app's data.
 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open the QuickBooks app.
  2. Use your Menu (☰) icon and choose More Options (⋮).
  3. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
  4. Select YES.

 

If you still don't see your Invoice tab, you can try clearing the app's data next:

 

  1. Access your phone settings.
  2. Go to Apps and pick QuickBooks.
  3. In the Storage section, tap Clear Data.

 

In the event you're still not seeing your Invoice tab after clearing data, you can try uninstalling, then reinstalling the application. If it continues not displaying after reinstalling, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
