The drop-down list for Email Templates has various entries like Invoices, Statements, Estimates, ......

How can I customize this drop-down to show "Statements type 1", "Statements type 2", "Statements type 3"?

Hey there, @chapii.

We understand that being able to customize the Email Templates dropdown menu is essential for an efficient workflow. However, at this time, the option to customize the Email Templates dropdown menu is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

To help improve your experience with QBDT, your feedback goes directly to our development team for review or consideration.

Here's how to send it:

  1. Go to the Help menu, then select Send Feedback Online.
  2. Choose Product Suggestion.
  3. Enter your recommendation or comments.
  4. Click Send Feedback, then Close Window.

For further information on how to personalize email templates and use them to send messages from QB, you can visit this article: Create custom email templates in QuickBooks Desktop.

In case you need guidance on what to do if your emails aren't using a template you created, you can refer to this article: Fix custom email template issues in QuickBooks Desktop.

Please comment below if you have any further questions about custom email templates. We're always happy to hear from you. Stay safe!
