Question

The logo on my estimates and invoices disappeared with the new android update. I cleared cache and data, clean install, works with web browser - I need it to work in app

Rest assured, they will investigate the underlying matter causing the problem and help find a suitable solution with their tools and ability to access your account.

     

    To get ahold of them, kindly follow the steps provided below:

     

    1. Sign in to your QBO account.
    2. Click on Help (?) at the upper right corner of your screen.
    3. Tap on Search, then select Contact Us.
    4. Select a topic to connect with the right expert.
    5. Choose how to contact our QB support team.
    • Via a Callback, where they’ll save you a spot and call you back.
    • Via Chat, start a chat with our support.

     

    Please take note that our QBO support hours availability varies on your subscriptions. Here is the list:

     

    • QBO Simple Start, Plus, and Essentials support teams are available Mondays to Fridays from 6 am to 6 pm and Saturdays from 6 am to 3 pm following Pacific Time.
    • The QBO Advance user support team is available 24/7 for assistance.

     

    In the meantime, I recommend sending the estimates and invoices through a web browser.

    There is no "chat" option. There is only "ask the community", which brought me here and callback, which is closed.

    Our QuickBooks Online Support is available at the following times: For Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start, support is available Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. QuickBooks Advanced support is available 24/7.

    In the meantime, I'd recommend accessing your account using a web browser to continue working with your invoice and estimates.
