The option to search invoices by customer name or invoice number has disappeared, how do I fix this?

It's nice seeing a new face here in the Community space, @treine0416

I understand the convenience of locating our invoices directly via the search bar.  

 

After carefully checking my resources, we have an in-progress investigation about the missing search bar on the Invoice page. 

 

With that, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed Support. This way, they can securely get your account information and add you as one of the affected users. You will be accurately notified about the course of this investigation. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon and select the Contact Us button. 
  2. From the What can we help you with? field enter a description of your situation. 
  3. Select how you want to connect with us: 
  • Have us call you - Get a call from a support expert.
  • Chat with us - Start a conversation with a support expert.

 

To ensure you'll reach our support team, check out their support hours to determine their availability.
