Question

The PO's I send to vendors- are going into their junk mail when I send it to vendors.

I also have no way of knowing if they have received the PO.. but if I have not received an acknowledgment from them in a few days.. then I follow up with an email asking if they received the PO.
This is very frustrating.

Hi there, br5670. I understand how important it is for you to deliver purchase orders to your vendors so they can receive them timely. Let me provide solutions to prevent QuickBooks emails from going to spam folders.

This behavior can be affected by your vendor's email provider's security protocol. Please allow your vendors to add the Intuit or QuickBooks email addresses to their trusted sender or receiver list to prevent this from happening again. They can do this through their email provider settings. If they're unfamiliar with the process, consider seeking assistance from an IT expert or contacting the technical support of your email provider. They'll be able to provide you with step-by-step guidance on implementing this solution. By taking these active measures, you can isolate the problem and ensure that your purchase orders reach the intended recipients without any hindrance.

I'm also adding this article for more tips on resolving this error:

When you're ready to add an accepted purchase order to your vendor's transaction, utilize the resources from this link as your reference: Add purchase orders to expenses, bills, or checks in QuickBooks Online.
