Question

The qty is not showing up on the printed invoice for labor and services only product. I need to be able to show 3 hours labor. It used to show up, help?

After reviewing my resources, we have an ongoing investigation about the quantity (QTY) not appearing on the Invoices PDF file format. Therefore, I suggest reaching out to our support team so they can take a secure look at your account details and add you to the list of affected users. You will be accurately notified about the progress of this investigation.

  1. Go to the Help icon and select the Contact Us button. 
  2. From the What can we help you with? field enter a description of your situation. 
  3. Select how you want to connect with us:
