The quantities do not show upon on the invoice view. For labor, I put in 10 hours of labor at $20 per hour and $200 shows up, but not 10. How do I change this?

Welcome, and thank you for getting helping with your invoice that's not showing the QTY of the items on preview. I help you with a few adjustments to show it up.

All you want to do is edit the invoice template you use, and make sure you enable or put a check mark the to QTY column. This will include it on the preview.

1. Open the invoice transaction.
2. Choose Customize at the bottom and select Edit current.
3. Go to the Content bar and click the table section (mid-part) on the previewed invoice on the right.
4. Put a checkmark in the Quantity checkbox.
5. Click Preview PDF and/or Done to save your changes.
