The software is surprisingly challenged. As well it is extremely difficult to get support. I have been a customer for about 10 years and i am so disappointed.

To verify my understanding, what do you need assistance with in QuickBooks? Once I have this information, I'll be able to do further research on my end.

If there's any type of feedback you'd like to submit about the platform. you can do so while signed in.

Here's how:

1. In the left navigation bar, go to Invoices.
2. Click an invoice's Pencil (📝) icon.
3. Use your Feedback option.
4. Enter any feature requests/feedback in the What did you think? text box.
5. If necessary, you can attach an image file.
6. Hit Next.
7. Enter your email address.
8. Select Done.
