Welcome to the Community forum, reignrestoration.

The deposit schedule depends on the time you process payments. Since your payment was made at 4 pm central time, you can expect it to be deposited next week.

Generally, if you process customer payments before 3 PM PT, we'll deposit them in your bank account on the next business day. If you process payments after 3 PM PT, we'll deposit them in two business days. Credit card payments typically deposit in about 2-3 business days and free ACH Bank Transfer payments deposit in about 2-7 business days.

In general, if you process customer payments before 3 PM PT, we'll deposit them in your bank account on the next business day. On the other hand, it may take two business days if processed after 3 PM PT. Additionally, Credit card payments are deposited in about 2-3 business days and free ACH Bank Transfer payments are deposited in about 2-7 business days.

Please know that U.S. federal holidays or bank holidays also affect the processing time. Since it is processed during business days, excluding weekends from counting, so expect we'll deposit funds into your bank account on Tuesday.

However, we'll deposit your first set of payments within 5 business days if you're a new user. These early deposits take longer while we set up your account. Once done, we'll deposit customer payments much faster. To learn more about this process, you can check out this article: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments

If the payment has not arrived within the specified time frame, I recommend contacting our Payments Support Team. They can help you check on the payment's status and investigate the reasons why it hasn't yet been placed into your account. Rest assured that they're the best resource for such questions.

Let me know if you still have questions about payments or any other concerns. I'll be there to help in any way I can. Stay safe.
