Question

This app is yet again not working right and is continually messing up and having glitches. I cannot even convert an estimate to an invoice on it now. I’ve done the update

I see the inconvenience of encountering glitches while working with estimates and invoices in the app, citizens. I've got steps to ensure you get the help you need.

 

If you're using the QuickBooks Online app, you'll need to contact our experts for further investigation. Since you've done the update, allow them to assist you in sorting the issue. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then click Contact Us.
  2. Type your concern in the box and tap Let's talk.
  3. Choose either Get a call or Start a chat.
  4. Complete the required data and submit the request.

 

 

 

However, let's perform additional troubleshooting to isolate this issue. We can start by refreshing the app to clear the cache and resolve any unusual performance while using it.  I'll show you how:

 

  1. Navigate to the Help menu.
  2. Select Reset App Data.
  3. Once done, close and re-open your QuickBook App for Mac.

 

When finished, open a new window from the top menu, then follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Window tab.
  2. Click Menu Items Open New Windows.
  3. Add a check on the box next to Menu Items Open New Windows.
