The report Time by Job report crashes Quickbooks. 

What is being done to solve this??

I'll help you resolve the issue of unable to edit the font of your accounting reports in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) for Mac.

 

If your QBDT iupdated to the latest release, I recommend running the Verify and Rebuild tool. Verify Data tool will identify the data issues of your company file. Rebuild Data tool will resolve the data integrity issues collated by the Verify Data tool.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the File menu.
  2. Select Utilities.
  3. Click Verify Data, then select OK to close all windows.
  4. Then, go back to the File menu.
  5. Select Rebuild Data under Utilities.
  6. QuickBooks will ask to make a backup before rebuilding your company file. 
  7. Select OK.
  8. Once done, click OK.

 

Once done and you still have the same issue, you can run the Quick Fix My Program from the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Follow the steps below.

 

  1. In the QuickBooks Tool Hub, select Program Problems.
  2. Select Quick Fix my Program.
  3. Start QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.

Still crashes.  QB solution is that they are working on but best to upgrade to 2023 versions.

So they are not supporting old version.

  5. Try printing, emailing, or saving as a PDF from QuickBooks Desktop again.
