From what I understand, here is the situation:

 

  1. Transfer Receipt Cancelled by Customer: The customer cancelled a payment transfer they had initiated.
  2. Goods Already Delivered: Despite the cancellation, the goods involved in the transaction have already been delivered to the customer.
  3. Handling the Discrepancy in QuickBooks Online: You need to accurately reflect this in your QuickBooks Online records.

 

If you had recorded a payment received from the customer in QuickBooks Online but the payment was actually cancelled, you need to reverse this entry to correct your records. Locate the payment transaction and void or delete it. Since the products were delivered despite the payment being cancelled, you need to ensure that the delivery is reflected accurately in your books.

 

If you suspect unauthorized access or suspicious activity, consider changing your QBO password and enable two-factor authentication.
