transferring data from Enterprise to QB online once Enterprise subscription has expired

Let me share some information on what will happen to your QuickBooks Desktop if you don't renew your subscription, Joe_Survive.

You can still access your QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise company file even if you do not restore your subscription. However, you'll be unable to continue receiving the security updates and online services, such as the following:

• QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Services
• Live Support
• Online Backup
• Online Banking

It only means that you can only use the software for manual tracking and keeping your company data. Also, you have view-only access that remains for 1 year after your subscription ends. During that time, you won’t be able to edit your data with your inactive license.
