Trying to change logo in Accounts and Settings. Changed old logo to new logo. Hit save. Looks fine. Left section and returned. Reverted back to old logo. Worked in past.

We have an ongoing investigation regarding the company logo reverting to the old one after a successful upload. Rest assured that our Product Engineers are diligently working to resolve this matter. However, we can't give you a precise timeframe for the resolution right now.

 

Therefore, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support team. They can add you to the list of affected users to receive timely updates via email.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
  2. Click Help (?), then proceed to the Search tab.
  3. Select Contact Us and pick a topic you need assistance with or Ask about something else to add your concern.
  4. Choose Start a chat or Get a callback from an expert.
