Turn off the QR code for invoices?

How can I disable the QR code that shows up at the bottom of an invoice?  QuickBooks keeps changing things constantly and now my invoices run over two pages and if I remove the QR code it will put it back to a single page

    Hello, @mattstas1234.

     

    I also want to keep my documents tidy, and changes in a program can affect how we want the information to be displayed. So, I'm chiming in to shed some light on the invoice QR code issue.

     

    If you have a QuickBooks Payments account and using Modern Template for your invoices, there's an ongoing investigation about not being able to turn off the QR Code using Modern Template. I suggest contacting our Technical Support Team to have your name added to the list of affected users.

     

    Please follow the steps below to get in touch with our support specialists in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

     

    1. Look for the Help icon.
    2. Click the Search.
    3. Select Contact Us.
    4. Choose Ask about something else, then type your concerns.
    5. You can select Call or Chat.
