We're glad to have you here in the Community, brian215. Let me provide details about inventory tracking in QuickBooks Online.

QuickBooks Online Plus and Advanced provide inventory features. If you're not currently on these plans, it could be why you don't have the setting to track inventory. You may consider upgrading your account to start tracking your inventory products.

However, if you're already on one of these versions but haven’t yet turned on this feature, I'll show you how.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose the Account and settings tab.
3. Navigate to Sales.
4. Click the Products and services section to edit.
5. Turn on the Show Product/Service column on sales forms.
6. Turn on both Track quantity and price/rate and Track inventory quantity on hand.
7. Select Save and then Done.
