I have two custom form styles for invoices. The newly created invoice style has everything the same as far as layout, just different messages to the customer.  Each time i save it, it saves the same message in the other invoice. I go to change the other and the same things happens. Cache cleared and all that, it's still doing it.

Good morning, @Dru_Nasty

QuickBooks Online is designed to use the most recent memo across all invoices. I understand and fully agree that having the option to use the custom message you enter in a new custom style should only be available for that style. With that said, I wanted to let you know I've submitted a Feedback request to our Product Development Team.

Our developers review each request and consider them all for future updates. Any time you'd like to submit new suggestions to our developers, you can do so by using the link I've included below.

Please let me know if you have additional questions or concerns or if there is anything else I could assist you with. Take care!

That'd be great if that feature could be implemented, thank you. Very misleading having "custom form styles" not actually be fully customizable. Also, would be nice to be able type in the custom variables ([First Name], etc.) within the message area. The checkbox to include a greeting with either Dear or To are two greetings i'd never use in a business message. A simple, Hi or Hello would be great. I'll submit that latter request for feedback.
