Unable to edit custom report group
I have several custom report groups setup so that I can send multiple reports to the same group of people, regularly each month on the same day. This has been setup this way for several years and each year about this time, I need to edit the group to modify the recipients of the reports.
I am able to edit the schedule and email recipients for individual reports but when I click edit on a custom report group, the system just stalls and never responds. I have confirmed this to be an issue within multiple browsers (Safari, Chrome and Brave) and also in the Mac app. I have both an accountant account and a user account and the behavior is the same. I reported this to Intuit support several days ago and was told there was an open case for this and I would be notified with updates. I have never received any such updates so I wanted to post here to see if others have experienced this and if there is a workaround. I really need to modify the recipients for these reports within the next week.
I have also confirmed this behavior is the same if I setup a new report group. Once I add a report to a group, I am not able to access the settings to enter the email addresses or the schedule. If I click edit, the system never responds.
I am using Quickbooks Online Advanced.
