Unbilled costs by job report equivalent in QBO

The Unbilled Charges report is the closest report to replace the Unbilled Costs by job report. The steps below will guide you through how to pull up the report, Nicole.  

QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online offer different reports due to product differences. In QuickBooks Online, you can generate the Unbilled Charges report, but please be aware that not all the information available in the Unbilled Costs by Job report in QuickBooks Desktop will be accessible in QuickBooks Online.

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. In the search box, enter Unbilled Charges.
3. Click the Customize button and include all the data you need.
4. Hit Run report to reflect the changes.
