Unemployment Insurance Quarterly Employment Report

Congratulations on your first post to the Community, @VTCL. I can guide you in pulling up reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to see your quarterly payroll data.

Currently, QuickBooks doesn’t have the specific reports you’ve mentioned above. However, we can pull up the Payroll Tax and Wage Summary to view Maryland Unemployment Insurance Quarterly Employment and Contribution information. Here’s how:

1. Go to the Reports menu and locate the Payroll Tax and Wage Summary Report.
2. Filter the dates to get the data you need.
3. From there, select the State’s name to see the breakdown of your wages and tax amounts.

Although, there is no identification of the amounts you’ll need. However, I recommend consulting with your tax advisor or contacting your state agency for further guidelines and ensuring you’re looking at the right amounts.

Moreover, you can keep a copy of this report by exporting it into an Excel file.
