Unusable project - "Your project is getting ready"

Sometimes when creating a new project I am unable to add anything to it (invoices, estimates, bills), and it will be stuck with the error message "Your project is getting ready. Check back soon to see when it's ready." After checking back hours later the project will still be stuck with this message. I am assuming this is not working as intended. How can I stop this from happening?

Here's how to contact them:
 

  1. In your QuickBooks (QBO) Online account, click the Help icon at the top right corner.
  2. Click the Search tab.
  3. Type "Talk to support" then hit enter.
  4. At the lower right side, click Contact Us.

QuickBooks Online offers the capability to oversee project profitability and set up payroll costs. This feature enables you to keep tabs on and evaluate your earnings in relation to income, expenses, time sheets, and workforce expenses.
